McBeard Media, a 150‑person, mostly remote content and marketing agency serving clients like Coca‑Cola, Universal Studios, Netflix and Disney, struggled with slow, file‑heavy collaboration—teams were dropping materials into instant messenger threads, which became tedious and blocked growth. To solve that, they adopted MURAL to support visual, real‑time collaboration and online moodboarding across distributed teams.
MURAL replaced the unreliable IM workflow with a visual workspace that lets McBeard share large volumes of material, co‑create moodboards, and work with designers in real time. As a result, MURAL became a foundational tool for the company—speeding communication, making client presentations easier, and enabling the agency to scale its creative processes across a remote 150‑person organization.
