Autodesk designs effective hybrid work with Mural and the LUMA System™️

Autodesk, the design software company, wanted to become a hybrid-first organization while maintaining innovation, attracting top talent, and ensuring remote work did not create barriers to productivity, inclusion, or belonging. To support this challenge, Autodesk turned to Mural and the LUMA System™️ as its collaboration and design-thinking foundation for hybrid work.

Mural and the LUMA System helped Autodesk reimagine training and collaboration for remote and hybrid teams through LUMA Workplace, custom templates, and structured facilitation practices. The results included higher-quality collaboration, greater confidence in leading meetings and workshops, more diversity of thought, reduced synchronous meeting time, and stronger cultural adoption, with more than 5,500 employees using LUMA Workplace and 150 groups trained in Autodesk’s customized LUMA System program.
