Multipub partnered with Columbia Books & Information Services (CBIS) after CBIS acquired a long-time Multipub customer whose implementation had grown into a large, heavily customized database. CBIS wanted to simplify their setup and adopt standard Multipub functionality, so they asked Multipub to help clean up the system, preserve critical capabilities, and create a streamlined, maintainable platform.

We conducted a data cleanup, managed complex rate codes, enhanced APIs to unify external data, and migrated a controlled magazine title into Multipub so CBIS could keep its existing systems.
