Fixed-Wireless Company, a long-standing garden center customer of a local wireless internet service provider, was facing network reliability issues after a particularly windy spring in southwestern Ontario. The company relied on a single fixed-wireless connection for its office and real-time applications like voice and video conferencing, and wanted added redundancy to protect business continuity.
