By adopting an API-led integration strategy with MuleSoft and publishing 200+ reusable APIs, TAB centralized and unlocked core data into an open-banking platform (including Plaid integration), automating onboarding (account setup and KYC in ~3 minutes) and accelerating services. The bank cut PPP application processing from 30 minutes to 30 seconds, reduced manual approvals by 80%, delivered 6,100 PPP loans protecting over 47,000 jobs, and created an agile, partner-friendly architecture for faster innovation.
