Hologic, a leading global healthcare and diagnostics company, faced a significant challenge in creating a 360-degree customer view within Salesforce under an aggressive six-month deadline. Their existing integration tools were too slow, constraining the Information Systems team. To accelerate development for real-time data sharing across systems like Oracle EBS, they turned to the vendor MuleSoft and its Anypoint Platform.

The solution implemented using MuleSoft was an API-led connectivity approach, which created reusable building blocks for integration. This, along with prebuilt connectors and a graphical design environment, allowed developers to work much faster.
