Case Study: GANT achieves 3x faster rollouts and seamless omnichannel inventory visibility with MuleSoft

A MuleSoft Case Study

Preview of the GANT Case Study

Creating a seamless omnichannel experience for a global customer base

GANT, a global fashion retailer with 750+ stores in 70 countries, set out to become a true omnichannel brand because omnichannel customers are 30–40% more profitable. The company faced a clear customer pain point: online shoppers often saw items marked “out of stock” even when those items sat unsold in nearby stores. Years of siloed systems and complex point-to-point integrations made it difficult to provide real-time inventory visibility or to estimate project timelines and costs.

GANT built an Online Store Stock Check (OSSC) by exposing inventory and store data through APIs using MuleSoft and Entiros, layered on a service-based architecture and supported by a Center for Enablement (C4E) so business teams can self-serve and reuse assets. The result: customers can check nearby store stock, view store details and order or ship items, the feature rolled out across five markets three times faster, and subsequent rollouts cost less than one-third thanks to reusable integrations.
