Using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, the team aimed to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and create a more scalable, integrated system for its sales data and lead routing.

MuleSoft implemented an end-to-end API integration and automation solution connecting Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, and other systems. The result was a reduction from six systems to two, automated lead imports into Salesforce, improved routing accuracy, and real-time alerts for errors via Slack. MuleSoft also helped Cisco Meraki create a single source of truth for sales data and gain actionable, data-driven insights, enabling faster troubleshooting and smoother lead handling.
