Accent Group, the business behind many global footwear and clothing brands, needed to launch new ecommerce sites much faster as online sales grew. Its outdated on-premises platform and point-to-point integrations made it slow and labor-intensive to connect systems like App21 and Adobe Commerce, while also limiting features such as loyalty and cross-selling. Accent Group worked with MuleSoft and MuleSoft Professional Services to address these challenges.
MuleSoft implemented reusable APIs and best-practice integration foundations that connected the group’s ecommerce systems more efficiently and created a scalable base for future projects. The result was a 4-month reduction in implementation time, plus faster and more efficient delivery for subsequent ecommerce initiatives.
