MuleSoft helped Spirit Airlines build an event-driven, API-led architecture with Microsoft Azure and a common services layer, including shared flight status data. The result was a single app for frontline employees, a chatbot for guest self-service, and omnichannel support across web, SMS, social media, and live chat. MuleSoft enabled real-time data transfer and shifted more routine queries to automation, freeing staff to focus on complex cases.
