HomeServe used MuleSoft to support a major business transformation after replacing a monolithic legacy system with a scalable, cloud-based integration platform. The challenge was to connect old and new systems while enabling more reliable digital self-service customer journeys across web, mobile, and voice channels.

MuleSoft helped HomeServe move from proof of concept to production and continues to support new use cases through the Signature Success team. The company now has more than 170 reusable APIs in MuleSoft, and data requests are processed in milliseconds, creating a seamless onboarding experience and ensuring consistency and reliability across channels.
