Bakkavor Group, a leading fresh prepared foods and produce provider, needed a better way to manage compliance and quality audits across a complex supply chain for Marks and Spencer’s Field to Fork programme. Working with MuddyBoots and its Greenlight Assessments solution, the company wanted to replace paper-based processes and make field audits easier to complete and manage.

MuddyBoots implemented the Greenlight Assessments iPad app and remote data capture tools, allowing audits to be completed, validated, and uploaded on site. The result was a faster, simpler workflow with data entered only once and instantly available for analysis. In the last year, Bakkavor completed nearly 300 audits in the system, saving significant management time, and later extended the same approach to its in-house audits.
