Unipart Group, a provider of manufacturing, logistics and consultancy services, faced the challenge of scaling its Unipart Way coaching without the cost and disruption of always delivering face‑to‑face visits. To increase market share through innovation and make coaching available “anytime, anywhere,” Unipart built the Unipart eCoaching iOS app for iPad and engaged Mubaloo to review and enhance the app’s UX and backend architecture so coaches could deliver high‑quality remote coaching based on uploaded evidence.

Mubaloo conducted a detailed review across UX, integration, security, change management and technology, rebuilt the iPad app and delivered integrations with Unipart APIs, CRM, Google Sign In and OpenTok for two‑way video. The updated Unipart eCoaching app provides evidence sharing, coach/client management, white‑labelling and intuitive video coaching, enabling coaches to deliver more efficient, higher‑quality remote sessions, improve internal productivity, nurture existing relationships and support client acquisition — reinforcing Unipart’s market differentiation and sustainment outcomes.
