Schroders sought a contemporary, engaging way for its sales and marketing teams to present approved fund and marketing materials in meetings without hauling volumes of printed collateral or relying on an Internet connection. To meet that need they commissioned Mubaloo to deliver the Schroders SalesConnect iPad app, integrated with their SharePoint Intranet so teams could repurpose existing content with minimal duplication of effort.

Mubaloo implemented the SalesConnect app to deliver PDFs, Microsoft Office documents and video from Schroders’ SharePoint feed, with centrally managed user profiles, password protection, document encryption and distribution via the firm’s Mobile Device Mangement System. The solution gives Schroders’ sales force offline access to up‑to‑date materials, allows one‑to‑one or boardroom presentations via TV/projector, and has streamlined the process of accessing, distributing and delivering the latest content while reducing the need to transport printed materials.
