HP, a global technology manufacturer, needed to modernise its sales process to replace slow, spreadsheet-based workflows used by resellers to show products, prices and promotions. Mubaloo developed the HP Top Value app to meet objectives of increasing reseller productivity, boosting sales and making the sales process more efficient.

Mubaloo delivered a secure, multi‑platform web app (iOS, Android, Windows 8 and desktop) integrated with the HP Smart Portal, enabling authorised resellers to access up-to-date products, promotions, accessories/CarePacks, news and case studies and to identify cross-sell opportunities. The Mubaloo-built app replaced manual spreadsheets, saving HP time and money and measurably increasing reseller productivity and sales efficiency by enabling on‑the‑move product discovery and faster, more engaging customer interactions.
