Hanson UK, part of the HeidelbergCement Group and a major supplier of cement, concrete, aggregates and asphalt across England, Wales and Scotland, needed a mobile solution to help field agents and managers handle customer accounts and long‑standing invoice query issues. Through EE’s customised mobile app partnership with Mubaloo, Mubaloo worked with Hanson to define a 4G iPad‑based solution (the Hanson Arvensis iPad app) to give sales teams intuitive, real‑time access to customer data, invoices, quotations and visit records.
Mubaloo developed the Arvensis app to enable real‑time ticketing and query resolution (with notes sent straight back to head office), a customer dashboard, and a “New Quotes” feature with logic‑driven auto‑population to produce accurate live quotations. The app has sped up query resolution, improved account visibility for customers, is being rolled out nationwide, and is projected to reduce working capital impact by 7% through fewer quotation errors and cut HR churn costs by 20%—outcomes attributed to Mubaloo’s solution.
