Eurocamp - Customer Case Study

Eurocamp, a 40‑year holiday operator across 180 European outdoor destinations, wanted a holiday companion that would do more than be a digital brochure and would add value from booking through to returning home. Eurocamp engaged Mubaloo to explore this idea and create a prototype app (built in Proto.IO) after running a user‑experience workshop to define the customer journey and key functionality.

Mubaloo produced a clickable design prototype showcasing offline maps and a local parc/attractions guide (All, Top five, Places to eat/visit), a branded postcard creator, and essential holiday tools like a currency converter, checklist and ticket/voucher storage to avoid roaming charges. The prototype gave the wider Eurocamp team clear, actionable insight into how mobile could improve the visitor experience and suggested next steps (including push notifications to drive reviews and repeat bookings); the solution is currently under internal review, so measurable impact awaits a full rollout.
