Beginning with a prototype, Mu Sigma used its muPDNA and muUniverse software to map the problem landscape, uncovering interactions between attrition and areas like pricing and segmentation. By revisiting the segmentation with cross-industry learnings, they created a new, more effective model. This approach increased marketing campaign ROI by 14%.
