StratX, a New York City–based Medical IT support and healthcare tech provider serving 200+ customers and backing up more than a thousand devices (about 350 TB of data), faced long, bandwidth-constrained cloud backups that made frequent full backups impractical. MSP360 implemented its Synthetic Full Backup feature integrated with Wasabi Hot Storage so only changed blocks are uploaded instead of reuploading entire backups, enabling full-image backups without full data transfers.
