Mattresses and Associated Textiles manufacturer B&A Quilting faced a major reset after a fire destroyed most of its facility, forcing the business to rebuild operations from scratch. The result was a much better grip on inventory and small components, fewer mistakes, and easier data entry; despite growing to about eight times its 2017 size, the company says administrative work has barely doubled, showing a clear productivity gain from MRPeasy.
