Exacta Technologies is a UK-based designer and manufacturer of bespoke, high‑performance servers and workstations (three subsidiaries, ~£8M revenue, 45 employees). Growing beyond the capabilities of Sage and manual Excel scheduling, the company needed an easy-to-use ERP that supported BOMs, production planning, subcontracting and integrated with Xero while they moved facilities during the pandemic.

After evaluating several Xero-integrated suites, Exacta chose MRPeasy for its balance of functionality and usability, implemented it between March and June 2020 using MRPeasy’s online support, and upgraded to an Enterprise plan. The system eliminated spreadsheets, enabled production scheduling and shop-floor reporting, improved quoting accuracy, delivery estimates and supplier planning, and delivered positive feedback from customers, suppliers and staff while giving Exacta the data and tools to continue improving operations.
