Osborne Clarke Returns to the Office using MRI’s Space Scheduling tools

Osborne Clarke is an international legal practice with over 270 partners and around 1,600 employees across 20+ offices. As the firm planned a return to the office after a period of remote work, safety and distancing rules plus a reliance on shared spreadsheets for desk sign-ins made planning and booking difficult; they needed a compliant hot-desking solution for three UK offices.

Osborne Clarke implemented MRI Workplace Central Space Scheduling (and the Workplace Connect mobile app), replacing manual spreadsheets with an integrated desktop and mobile reservation system. The rollout gave employees visible floorplans and real-time desk availability to prevent double-booking, allowed administrators to configure seating zones and analyze occupancy with reporting, and simplified booking while helping the firm comply with safety requirements and optimize office space.
