Oceania Dairy, a New Zealand Whole Milk Powder and Infant Base Formula manufacturer under parent company Yili, operates with over 200 staff and growing as its plant expands. The company needed to replace ineffective in/out boards and paper visitor books with a reliable, cloud-based system that could handle simultaneous sign‑ins, manage contractors and visitors, enforce inductions and PPE requirements, and provide accurate records of staff hours.

Oceania Dairy implemented MRI OnLocation using iPad kiosks and a primary reception station with scanner and printer, issuing barcoded ID cards and visitor tags for quick scanning via kiosks or WebMobile. The system streamlined multi-person sign-ins, induction tracking, visitor identification, and evacuation musters without major equipment costs, improving health and safety by providing accurate, real-time visibility of who is on site and when they sign out.
