James Andrew International (JAI) is a specialist property manager with around £2.5bn of UK assets under management across major commercial and high-value residential buildings. Facing rapid growth and demanding clients, JAI needed a single, secure system to improve transparency, streamline administrative processes, strengthen reporting and client access, and give managers real-time visibility of operations.

Implementing MRI Qube Property Management delivered an integrated platform for property management, accounting, document storage (with barcoding) and automated reporting. The result: clients gain secure online access to property documents and automated reports, invoice processing for 200–300 items a day is now minutes rather than hours, administration for £20m of service charge accounts was halved, arrears chasing on a £200m rent roll saves at least a week per quarter, and overall transparency, efficiency and client trust have significantly increased.
