Harbor Group Management, a Norfolk-based property manager with more than 30 years of experience and 29,000 residential units under management, needed a 24/7 online leasing capability to improve prospect experience and support retention of leasing staff and internal talent. The company’s strategic goal was to offer a seamless digital experience for both new leases and renewals that would benefit residents and employees alike.
In 2016 Harbor Group implemented MRI Connect Suite across its residential portfolio to provide real‑time pricing and availability, online applications and fee payments, rent payments, service requests and online renewals, all integrated with MRI’s Residential Management software. The solution sped up responses, streamlined data sharing, and increased online applications from 23% in 2016 to 43% in 2017 while delivering higher‑quality leads and better support for a digitally native workforce.
