East Brown Cow is a Portland, Maine–based real estate investment, development, and management firm overseeing more than 1.2 million square feet of mixed-use properties. After expanding downtown, the company faced slow payment processing and delayed revenue recognition because many tenants paid by check or through disparate ACH/third-party systems that didn’t integrate with their accounting, forcing time-consuming manual reconciliations.
