A major UK high-street retailer engaged MPP Global to replace a costly, inflexible in‑house subscription platform that was constraining product, pricing and promotional innovation. The retailer selected MPP’s eSuite to deliver a cloud-based, flexible subscription management platform with a Pricing Calculator supporting 80,000 permutations, tight integration to in‑store systems and supply chain, centralised financial reporting across 800+ stores, paperless mandates and expanded payment options (SEPA and cards). The implementation simplified store and call-centre operations, reduced overheads and training, preserved the existing customer base, and provided marketing and self-care tools the retailer expects to help grow subscription revenues by around 20% year-on-year.
