Clubs needed a single fan identity and payment wallet to reduce friction, improve marketing and retain subscribers.
MPP’s solution, eSuite, is a joined-up subscriber management and billing platform that supports OTT offerings, broadcast scheduling, multi‑currency payments and advanced retention tools (dynamic offboarding, card updater, retry rules, grace periods). By launching pre-season OTT content and using eSuite’s lifecycle features, several major clubs achieved significant uplifts in pre-season subscribers (2017–2019), reduced churn risk, consolidated fan data and improved their ability to monetize and engage global audiences.
