How SupplyCore Inc. Re-Envisioned Strategy Execution

SupplyCore, a distributor to the aerospace and defense industries led by Peter Provenzano, outgrew spreadsheet- and template-based planning as the business grew in scale and complexity. After flat to declining sales in 2008–2012 and a legacy “Goal Maps” system that became cumbersome and underused, SupplyCore’s IT team modernized that internal tool into MPOWR Envision (taken to market in 2019) to restore visibility, alignment and a culture of strategy execution.

MPOWR Envision provided a visual dashboard, KPI tracking and collaboration features that tied daily work to strategic objectives, increased user adoption and improved cross‑department coordination. As MPOWR Envision’s first customer, SupplyCore used the platform to remain profitable through margin pressure, catch costly implementation gaps, pivot quickly to source PPE during COVID, and sustain rapid growth (from $2M to $58M in three years, 1000% growth over a five‑year period, multiple Inc. 500 rankings and nine total Inc. recognitions).
