Novus, a portfolio analytics and intelligence platform used by institutional investors (including portfolio managers, investor relations, and operations teams), needed to build a product more closely aligned with customers’ workflows and to make data-driven product decisions part of their daily routine. To address this, Novus implemented mParticle Analytics’ product analytics platform to gain a clearer view of customer journeys and behavior across segments and roles.
mParticle Analytics enabled Novus to map the full user journey, measure engagement in real time, build on-the-fly dashboards, and proactively isolate behaviors that drive retention. Using mParticle Analytics, Novus removed friction points, iterated faster on product changes, improved user engagement, and reduced churn while sharing KPI-driven insights across teams.
