INWEGO, a B2C subscription company and part of the Cox Enterprises family, needed a scalable way to get a complete view of the customer journey as it prepared to expand across the United States. To solve this challenge, INWEGO adopted the mParticle Analytics platform to unify interactions from paid media, communication channels, its mobile app, and website into a single analytics view.

mParticle Analytics enabled INWEGO’s marketing team to analyze the end-to-end customer journey without writing SQL or relying on a data analyst, letting them answer questions daily and iterate quickly. Using mParticle Analytics, the team optimized customer acquisition by comparing channels and campaigns, increased customer LTV by identifying behaviors of their most loyal members, improved retention through lifecycle analysis, and built on-the-fly dashboards to monitor key KPIs.
