R/GA, a global innovation and marketing agency, faced a significant drop in traffic after a healthcare client migrated to a new domain and needed deep SERP analytics to rebuild an SEO roadmap, recover link equity, and identify keyword and competitor opportunities. To solve this, R/GA adopted Moz tools—specifically Moz Pro and STAT—to replace cumbersome Excel workflows with robust rank-tracking and search analytics.
Using Moz Pro (Site Crawl, Link Explorer, Keyword Explorer) and STAT (Share of Voice, PAA reports, rank tracking), R/GA found missing redirects and lost backlinks, implemented fixes, built a targeted scholarship content library, and tracked keyword performance. With Moz’s tools they achieved a 27% year‑over‑year increase in organic traffic, grew share of voice for key categories from 1.4% to 3.14% (of 27,000 monthly searches), pushed scholarship-related SOV toward 10%, and increased total market share of voice from 0.35% to 7.89% within a year.
