Baylor Scott & White Medical Center builds a 129-bed healing environment with Moz Designs

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, a state-of-the-art hospital in Waxahachie, Texas, sought to create a holistic healing environment in its new facility. To achieve this design goal, they partnered with vendor Moz Designs to incorporate a specific architectural product into their patient rooms.

Moz Designs provided its Graphix Collection metal product, specifically the Flare pattern in Earth, to manufacture an aluminum headboard feature. This solution added a whimsical, linear pattern with a cool, reflective surface that was also highly functional. The metal was sealed with a durable, sterilizable finish, making it ideal for a healthcare setting. The architectural element from Moz Designs successfully reinforced the design concept, enhancing the aesthetic while improving the health, safety, and welfare of all occupants.
