Moxo implemented its OneStop Client Hub as Click2RM’s platform, delivering secure messaging, approvals, transactions, auditable transcripts via a secure ePaper Trail, and a management portal for monitoring team responsiveness. The solution gave clients on‑demand access to advisors, streamlined client‑centric processes, and improved operational oversight and responsiveness across the bank’s global footprint.
