BNP Paribas, the global wealth management arm of the banking group, faced a sudden surge in demand for remote client services during the COVID-19 pandemic and needed a secure, mobile-first way for clients to interact with their relationship managers. BNP Paribas appointed Moxo and leveraged Moxo’s OneStop platform to launch myWealth, a digital hub that lets clients access portfolio details, execute transactions, view statements and receive remote advisory from desktop or mobile.
Moxo integrated OneStop into BNP Paribas’ existing digital ecosystem to provide secure messaging, file exchange, digital signatures, video meetings and transaction services, plus access to equity research and statements. The Moxo-powered myWealth app delivered seamless, multichannel client engagement (including social messaging), strengthened security and compliance readiness, and made it easier for BNP Paribas to evolve and enhance its digital wealth-management services.
