Moxo implemented the BloomWealth OneStop Client Interaction Hub, giving clients smartphone and desktop access to in‑app video meetings, e-signatures, document access, scheduling and staff‑client messaging while providing management analytics to track responsiveness. The Moxo platform reduced missed emails and voicemails, improved client engagement and staff oversight, and enabled the BloomWealth team to be more focused, human and efficient in delivering financial services.
