Movista delivered algorithmically generated projects and real-time tasks to store teams, combining photo AI, POS data and BI insights to identify and remediate OOS events. The pilot produced a 1% OSA increase, a 70% improvement in OSA alert completion rate, a 2% lift in labor productivity, reduced time spent fixing OOS, improved inventory ordering and accuracy, sales gains from higher availability—and delivered over 390% ROI.
