Ex-Sell Sales & Merchandising, a Canadian retail services firm that places brand ambassadors and merchandisers across grocery, mass merchandisers, drug and specialty chains, faced the challenge of managing a largely unsupervised, off-site workforce while proving execution quality to clients. To replace slow, error-prone paper tracking and build client trust, Ex-Sell implemented Movista’s retail execution and workforce management platform, using GPS-backed check-ins, photo task documentation and retail auditing/compliance tools to verify field work.
Movista’s solution also enabled self-auditing via secret shoppers and introduced a Workforce Health rating to recognize high performers, while speeding payroll from roughly six weeks to about one week after a job — directly boosting employee trust and retention.
