To support a virtual staff meeting for 6,800 participants, the agency selected movingimage and its Virtual Events platform, along with movingimage Webcast, to create an engaging digital event experience.

Using movingimage’s Virtual Events platform, turner & friends delivered a fully branded virtual meeting with live streaming, virtual rooms, chats, polls, and reusable on-demand content. The event was a major success: 6,800 employees joined, the chat generated 2,000 word contributions, and the session received 95% five-star ratings, while also saving time and costs through easy setup and content reuse.
