Leatherman, the American brand of multi-tools and knives, wanted to launch a 5-week campaign in Portland, Oregon to reach its core audience at home and generate awareness for its tools. To do this, Leatherman partnered with Movia and used mobile billboards to connect with local residential delivery routes.

Movia deployed 5 trucks over 5 weeks, driving 6.4 million impressions through the mobile billboards and delivering 3,500 custom fliers directly to homes. The campaign also included two retargeting campaigns aimed at people who saw the billboards, adding another 1.4 million digital impressions and bringing the total to 9+ million impressions in just five weeks.
