In partnership with Movable Ink, using intelligent content in email, they aimed to improve clicks and engagement by personalizing content based on factors like device type, location, and social content.
Movable Ink helped Victra implement intelligent content elements such as device detection, location targeting, and a live Instagram feed, while also enabling on-the-fly content updates for top-performing promotions. The results were strong: Victra reported a 92% lift in engagement, 300% higher click-through rates from location targeting, and 200–300% higher engagement when using device detection, showing a clear impact from Movable Ink.
