Excentus, the company behind the Fuel Rewards Network, needed a better way to improve subscriber engagement and encourage more immediate participation in its loyalty and reward programs. Working with Movable Ink and its agileEMAIL solution, Excentus set out to replace one-size-fits-all emails with more personalized, relevant communications.
Movable Ink helped Excentus launch a new welcome email series with five focused, dynamic messages tailored to each member’s needs. The results were strong: Fuel Rewards earned increased 94% in the first month and another 68% in the second month, while click-through rates rose 24% and high-value traffic increased 21%.
