Moustache Republic partnered with Farmlands, New Zealand's largest rural co-operative, to address the challenge of modernizing their ecommerce platform. The project required a replatforming with zero disruption to the daily workflows of farmers, integrating a robust enterprise-grade ERP system, and balancing new technology with the need to maintain the existing site's familiar structure for its 70,000 shareholders.

The solution involved replatforming the site to Shopify Plus while preserving its user-familiar layout. Moustache Republic integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce for real-time order, inventory, and CRM synchronization across all channels and implemented Cloudflare for enhanced security and performance. This streamlined the front-end user experience and ensured a smooth transition with minimal downtime for the high-traffic operation.
