The company partnered with Motus to move from a pure cents-per-mile (CPM) model to a combined Fixed & Variable Rate (FAVR) program for drivers logging over 5,000 miles per year, a revamped CPM for lower-mileage drivers, and deployed the Motus Mileage Tracking Application to capture IRS‑compliant mileage logs.

Motus implemented the dual FAVR/CPM structure and mobile mileage tracking to reduce audit exposure, standardize controls, and improve accuracy. As a result of Motus’s solution the company realized $3M in annual savings, achieved 98% non‑taxable reimbursement and 86% insurance compliance, while streamlining mileage capture and program administration.
