Big Leap, a digital marketing agency founded in 2008, needed a way to make its core values (Character, Competence, Community) actionable and to increase day-to-day interaction between employees and the executive team. To address this, Big Leap implemented Motivosity’s employee recognition and engagement platform, using features like the ThanksMatters Card rewards and Motivosity’s 1 on 1 and reporting tools.
Motivosity helped Big Leap drive more frequent, measurable recognition and visibility: employees give thanks an average of 5 times a month, 1,013 appreciations were recorded in the last 90 days, management recognizes staff about 12 times a month, and 98% of users are giving thanks, with leaders recognizing employees roughly seven times a month each. Motivosity’s 1 on 1 tool and reporting also provided tangible engagement and turnover data (total turnover 8; turnover rate 16.7%), while flexible rewards and the platform’s visibility improved morale and consistent recognition across remote and in-office teams.
