Staker Parson Achieves 90% Collision Detection Accuracy with Motive

Staker Parson, a CRH company with more than 2,400 vehicles and thousands of construction assets, needed better visibility after road incidents, along with a way to reduce unsafe driving, defend against false claims, and manage equipment and maintenance more efficiently. To address these challenges, the company turned to Motive, using AI Dashcams and asset-tracking tools to gain real-time insight into incidents and fleet operations.

Motive helped Staker Parson respond faster to collisions, review high-definition video evidence, and improve coaching and maintenance decisions. The results included a 70% reduction in triggered unsafe driving events, a 96% incident exoneration rate, and about a 50% reduction in time spent reviewing incidents. Staker Parson also reduced maintenance costs, improved equipment scheduling, and avoided at least one lawsuit by using Motive video evidence.
