QFS Transportation, a large intermodal trucking fleet with about 700 drivers, needed a more cost-effective way to streamline operations, reduce hours-of-service (HOS) violations, and improve driver retention without adding administrative staff. As a result, QFS Transportation cut HOS violations by about 40%, saved more than $140,000 annually in operating costs, and grew its ELD/app driver base by 350%, with driver count rising from 100 to around 450.
