Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC), a 125+ location dealership network, was looking for a better way to improve safety, reduce false incident alerts, and strengthen communication with drivers. The company needed a solution that could help managers coach drivers more effectively while supporting its large workforce, and it chose Motive, including Motive AI Dashcams and the Driver App.
Motive implemented dual-facing AI Dashcams to accurately detect unsafe driving and positive behaviors, while the Driver App enabled real-time communication and self-coaching for drivers. As a result, MHC improved driver behavior, saved managers time on coaching, reduced misinterpretation in communications, and built a more proactive safety culture with more accurate AI insights than its previous provider.
