ARL Transport LLC, a Moon Township, PA–based intermodal drayage network operating a 450‑truck fleet and supporting hundreds of independent terminal agents, needed to modernize operations by improving compliance, driver safety and behavior, simplifying onboarding, and reducing owner‑operator liability. To meet those needs ARL partnered with Motive, deploying Motive’s fleet telematics and compliance tools, including Smart Dashcams and asset tracking/geofencing.

Motive’s dashcams and telematics deliver eyewitness collision video and actionable safety data (hard braking, harsh acceleration, unnecessary lane changes), enabling targeted driver coaching, faster onboarding, and reduced insurance exposure — ARL even offsets deductibles when usable video is available. As a result, ARL Transport LLC has strengthened safety and compliance across its network, improved driver confidence and operational efficiency, and is moving to expand Motive Smart Dashcam adoption fleet‑wide to further lower liability and costs.
