Keeping Frontline Workers Safe with Effective PPE Training

in training, ensure complex and evolving protocols were accurately learned, and extend high-quality training to remote locations. They partnered with vendor Motive to create a solution using immersive VR training.

Motive, in partnership with Accenture, developed a VR PPE training simulation. The solution was created and rolled out in less than 12 weeks, allowing workers to practice procedures without wasting equipment and providing the ability to update protocols within 24 hours of changes. The initial rollout was for 250 trainees at the hospital and a university medical school, with plans to scale the Motive solution to over 2,000 trainees across the province.
